Terry is both founder and President of Maroney & Associates, Inc. He established the company in February 1986, and has over 30 years of experience in employee benefits.
Terry grew up in the Bay Area and graduated from UCLA with a degree in Economics. He has lived in the Diablo Valley for the past 22 years. He is active in the community, volunteering for church and school groups as well as coaching soccer and softball teams.

Debbie has been with Maroney & Associates, Inc. for 20 years. She grew up in the Bay Area and graduated from St. Mary’s college with a degree in Business Management. She is licensed and specializes in account management, customer relations, and claims administration. She enjoys meeting with clients and working with them one on one when it comes to benefits or claims issues.

Raquel has six years experience with the insurance industry, but not a new-comer when it comes to Customer Service. She‘s a pro with twenty-two years experience. She became involved in group insurance after finally settling down in California, and obtaining her license. “I am a part of Maroney & Associates because we share the same core values – to think of our clients as family and to make sure we provide them with the best service with the personal touch. We’re here for them.”
